Who am I?
Randilyn, a true Louisiana Cajun, was raised in the heart of southern Louisiana where she currently attends school. She is deeply family-oriented, cherishing the time spent with her younger cousins and nephews.
From a young age, Randilyn has had a passion for performing. She would eagerly perform and share her stories with anyone who would listen. At 11, she joined CYT Lake Charles and soon after landed her first lead role as Annie in Annie Jr. Since then, Randilyn has been a part of over 17 productions.
She has twice attended Destination Broadway, a prestigious musical theatre summer intensive in Orlando led by Tiffany Haas, and plans to participate again this year. Additionally, Randilyn was hired as an event princess at Magical Moments and works locally as a musician.
In the summer of 2024, Randilyn traveled to Bloomington, Indiana with Troupe #11520 to compete at the International Thespian Festival. Her competition dance team received the title “Thespy Winner” for Group Musical Theatre Dance. Following this success, she was named Dance Captain for her competition team and troupe.
When not performing, Randilyn can be found reading, playing video games, working out, and enjoying a baked potato at any and every restaurant in her area. She is also deeply involved in her church, always expressing gratitude to God for her passions and abilities. Her favorite biblical story to share is that of Lot’s wife, as she believes it teaches the value of looking forward to find peace, rather than dwelling on the past.
